177 Abbeville Road is an existing office building which is to be converted into 41 x residential apartments. All floors of the building were converted under permitted development (PD).

M&E Design

During the course of the development Surrey M&E will work with the client and the design team to establish the stage 4 Developed Design for the office-to-residential conversion at 177 Abbeville Road, Clapham. Surrey M&E has input into design workshops and will assist the team in developing the project. This will include considering the main options for the servicing strategies across the development and exploring the opportunities/risks associated with residential development, with particular focus on the imposed constraints from the existing building.
