Situated in the heart of one of England’s more prestigious private Estates, Whitelands is an imposing new architecturally curated home, built entirely bespoke.
M&E Design
During the course of the development Surrey M&E has worked with the client and the design team to establish the stage 4 Developed Design for the New build-residential development at Whiteland’s, St George’s Hill. Surrey M&E have input into design workshops and assisted the team in developing the project.
This has included considering the main options for the servicing strategies across the development and exploring the opportunities/risks associated with residential development.
